אל Flavioberg :When i can. I can only reliably do good time every other week atm. On busy weeks i try to get time to wear it for a couple hours when going to bed but that dont always work out.
אל Flavioberg :About a quarter inch a year in length if done properly. Increases gerth as well. Started out at just over 6.5 inches. Now close to 8.5 fully stretched. Almost 9 after a really good day of pumping and stretching.
